Detente? Elon Musk deletes post on X about Trump being 'in the Epstein files'

Tesla CEO and former DOGE head Elon Musk deleted a post on X where he claimed that President Donald Trump was in the Epstein files.
Earlier this week, during an ongoing spat between Musk and Trump over federal spending, Musk posted on X: "Time to drop the really big bomb: [Donald Trump] is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!"
The post has been deleted, and it is not clear when it was removed.
After Musk's post, some Democrats called for the files about disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was charged with sexually abusing dozens of girls, to be released.
