Kari Lake, a senior adviser at the United States Agency for Global Media, says One America News Network will provide news-feed services to the agency's network of outlets.

The network includes the Office of Cuba Broadcasting (OCB), Radio Martí, and Voice of America (VOA)," Lake, a former local TV anchor and politician, said in a statement on Tuesday.

USAGM is an independent agency of the federal government that broadcasts news and information. It is considered a component of the United States' diplomatic efforts.

Lake said she contacted OAN after OCB suggested exploring the right-wing TV news outlet as a news-feed option and that OAN in response offered to provide it and free video services.

"This is an enormous benefit to the American taxpayer, who is the sole-source of funding for USAGM's news outlets, which broadcast only to international audiences," Lake said.

"I don't have editorial control over the content of VOA and OCB programming, but I can ensure our outlets have reliable and credible options as they work to craft their reporting and news programs. And every day I look for ways to save American taxpayers money. Bringing in OAN as a video/news source does both."
