Watch Live: Erika Kirk makes first public statement since death of husband Charlie Kirk

Erika Kirk, the widow of the late conservative activist Charlie Kirk, speaks to the public Friday night for the first time since her husband was killed in Utah earlier this week. 

Charlie Kirk was one of the most influential voices on the right in recent years, notably founding Turning Point USA, which today has chapters at universities across the country and hosts speakers' summits for young conservatives.

The remarks come after Vice President JD Vance, a friend of the family, escorted Charlie Kirk's body back to Arizona on Thursday on Air Force Two. Charlie Kirk leaves behind his wife and two children.
