Lou Dobbs calls on GOP presidential candidates to file a lawsuit against the DOJ and Biden
"Seek remedy straight away," Dobbs said.
Conservative commentator and host of The Great America Show Lou Dobbs called on GOP presidential candidates and the Republican National Committee to file a lawsuit against the Department of Justice and President Biden.
"I am calling, I am begging the Republican Party, the RNC, the states' attorneys general, [and] all of the candidates of the Republican Party for the nomination to come together and file a suit against the Department of Justice and Joe Biden," Dobbs said on the Wednesday edition of the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show. "Seek remedy straight away."
Since taking the House of Representatives, Republicans have held multiple hearings on the weaponization of the federal government and the politicization of federal institutions such as the DOJ and FBI.
"We have Christopher Wray, the head of the FBI, who is nothing more than ... the armed extension of the Marxist Dems and the Department of Justice, which is weaponized law through warfare and through the awesome power of the federal government," Dobbs said. "All of it [is] arrayed against President Trump and the Republican Party."
Dobbs also called for the impeachment of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
"The right thing is for the House of Representatives, which is their charge, to bring the inquiry and to and look at the evidence and the testimony already before them," he said.
"Don't forget Alejandro Mayorkas, who has left this country absolutely defenseless against what is nothing less than a constant invasion of illegal immigrants into the country," Dobbs added.
