It was a record sale for the West Palm Beach area.
The well-known conservative powerhouse and author passed away February 2021 at age 70 from lung cancer.
He purchased the Florida home in 1998 for $3.9 million according to property records.
The Wall Street Journal reports that property was estimated to be worth between $150 million and $175 million.
The North Ocean Boulevard home has a West Indies style design and beach access.
