The Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE), the House of Representatives' nonpartisan ethics office, has reportedly found "substantial reason to believe" that Texas GOP Reps. Ronny Jackson and Wesley Hunt had spent campaign funds on social club fees.

The office referred the matter to the House Ethics Committee, which said it would review the matter.

Jackson's campaign reportedly made payments to the Amarillo Club in Houston.

Hunt included the Oak Room, a social club in Houston, on his Federal Election Committee filing.

The Ethics Committee typically reserves comment on cases until the panel's investigation is complete.
