House passes extension of ObamaCare subsidies, sending bill to Senate

The House of Representatives on Thursday passed legislation to revive and extend the expired ObamaCare subsidies in a bipartisan vote that saw 17 Republicans vote with all Democrats.

The bill passed in a 230-196 split. It comes after nine centrist House Republicans joined with House Democrats Wednesday evening to advance the legislation to a floor vote.
Thursday’s vote had eight additional Republicans supporting the bill, including House Homeland Security Chair Andrew Garbarino and Ohio Rep. David Joyce, according to Politico.
