Denver school shooting suspect made online posts about mass shootings, neo-Nazi views: report

The teenager suspected in a shooting last week at a suburban Denver high school appears to be fascinated with previous mass shootings and has expressed neo-Nazi views online, according to experts.
The suspect, 16-year-old Desmond Holly, had been active on an online forum in which users watch videos of killings and violence, And the content is mixed with content on white supremacism and antisemitism, the Anti-Defamation League’s Center on Extremism said in a report, acquired by the Associated Press.
Holly died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound after Wednesday attack at Evergreen High School in Jefferson County. He died of his injuries. It is still unclear how he selected his victims.
The county was also where the 1999 Columbine High School massacre occurred. Fourteen people were killed in that mass shooting, the wire service also reports.
