The mother of Hunter Biden daughter Navy Joan Roberts is asking a court to arrest him for failing to uphold his part of their child support agreement.

Lunden Roberts, mother to the 7-year-old, urged an Arkansas judge on Tuesday to reopen the long-running child support case and arrest him until he complies with the agreement they settled on in 2023, according to court records, The New York Post reported.

Biden has five children including three daughters.

“[T]he defendant only tends to act in this case when he has to do so. As such, this court should motivate the defendant and incarcerate him in the Independence County Detention Center as a civil penalty until he purges his contempt by complying with this court’s orders. In the alternative, this court should sanction the defendant as it deems appropriate and just,” Roberts' motion reads.

She had initially reached an agreement with Biden in which he would hand over "a specified number of paintings he had created" his daughter had selected, according to the motion. Also, she dropped her demand that her daughter be allowed to take the Biden last name and agreed to cut down her monthly child support payment request from $20,000 to $5,000.

Roberts' motion says that her daughter "has picked out no art," and "received some paintings, but they were the ones chosen by Mr. Biden and not" Navy Joan Roberts. It adds that Biden's "actions are a willful and contemptuous violation of this court’s prior orders," and that "this court should order the defendant to honor his agreement with" his daughter. She also noted that the "court should order the defendant to communicate with his child."

Roberts also asked for the court to modify the amount Biden should pay in child support, arguing that his income has changed significantly since the last ruling in the case, and that her daughter doesn't receive the "same lifestyle as Mr. Biden’s other children."
