Alleged Charlie Kirk shooter Tyler Robinson appears in court Tuesday in Provo, Utah for a hearing on disqualifying prosecutors from the case.

Robinson, a 22-year-old, has been charged with aggravated murder, two counts of obstruction of justice, witness tampering and commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child for Kirk's death.

The hearing comes after Robinson moved to disqualify one of the prosecutors last month, arguing that the prosecutor's child's attendance at Utah Valley University, where Kirk was killed, presented a conflict of interest.
