"Great work [FBI Atlanta] and local partners in the field," Patel posted on X. "More results that will dismantle drug trafficking [organizations] all across the country and save lives."
The drug bust comes after federal prosecutors announced last week that thousands of pounds of methamphetamine had allegedly been found in shipments of jalapenos, which were also being shipped from Mexico to Georgia. Officials estimated around 3,200 kilograms of methamphetamine from four different shipments from Mexico arrived at the home.
