You Vote: Should Fauci and other NIH scientists collect royalties?

Francis Collins and Anthony Fauci both personally received 58 royalty payments for inventions developed with taxpayer money while they were at the National Institutes of Health.  The NIH collected over $325 million dollars from companies licensing these inventions.
