The Department of Homeland Security officially launched Monday its "Worst of the Worst" webpage, which features 10,000 of the criminal illegal migrants who have been convicted of the worst crimes.

The page allows users to search for criminal illegal migrants who have been arrested across all 50 states, and who have criminal histories that include homicide, assault, rape, child molestation, cruelty toward a child, drug trafficking and armed robbery.

The department has already been releasing weekly press releases on the "Worst of the Worst" that were arrested that week, but the new page features thousands of illegal migrants and will be updated as new arrests are made.

“This new Worst of the Worst webpage allows every American to see for themselves the criminal illegal aliens that we are arresting, what crimes they committed, and what communities we removed them from," Assistant Homeland Security Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin said. "This is all about transparency and showing results."

The assistant secretary said the database is intended to be a way for Americans to go around the mainstream media to find out factual information about the "safety threats lurking in their neighborhoods and communities.”

The department also claimed the database comes as Democratic state and city leaders refuse to assist federal law enforcement officers in honoring federal immigration detainers, and as attacks on federal officers surge more than 1,150% as of November.
