Homan says he is 'convinced' there will be a large-scale terror attack due to Biden border policies
The Trump official also predicted that the United States would be suffering from the consequences of the Biden administration's border policies for the next decade.
President Donald Trump's border czar, Tom Homan, on Monday said he was "convinced" there will be a large-scale terror attack in the United States because of former President Joe Biden's border policies, unless the current administration can stop them.
Homan said the possibly looming attack would be the result of roughly two million "gotaway" migrants who were never caught during the Biden administration, and claimed the threat they pose is more concerning than the drug smuggling and sex-trafficking operations that took place during the administration.
“It’s coming,” Homan warned Fox News host Sean Hannity. “These 2 million known gotaways scare the hell out of me. I’m convinced something’s coming unless we can find them."
Homan speculated the illegal migrants posed a danger because they paid more to get into the United States to avoid being fingerprinted or vetted. The Biden administration sent illegal migrants who surrendered to Border Patrol to major cities where they were qualified for certain privileges, including temporary housing and food.
“This scares the hell out of me and I’ve been doing this for 40 years," Homan said. "It should have scared the hell out of every American, what the Biden administration did.”
The Trump official also predicted that the United States would be suffering from the consequences of the Biden administration's border policies for the next decade.
The comments come after a recent surge in antisemitic attacks in the United States, including a terror attack in Boulder, Colorado, on Sunday where 12 people were injured after an Egyptian national allegedly threw Molotov cocktails at a group of people.
