Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk threatened to sue after former Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., called him a "Nazi" and a "thief" during a CNN interview.

"I’ve had enough. Lawsuit inbound," Musk wrote on X on Friday in response to video of Bowman.

Bowman, an outspoken critic of Israel and the war in Gaza, lost the Democratic primary in July.

He called Musk incompetent in his position as head of the new Department of Government Efficiency.

"How do we know? Because they fired tens of thousands of people, was challenged in court. The court said the people have to go back, and now the people are coming back," Bowman said on CNN.

"He's incompetent. He's a thief. He's a Nazi. And people don't trust him," he added.p
