In Ireland, Trump says he plans to lift tariff on Irish whiskey

President Trump said on Sunday he plans to remove tariffs on Irish whiskey after being asked to make such a move during his trip to Ireland.

Trump made the comments while speaking to the crowd at the Irish Open golf tournament.

Trump took part in the trophy presentation at the tournament. 

The crowd could be heard cheering when he said he would lift the 15% tariff on Irish whiskey.
