President Donald Trump on Tuesday signs multiple executive orders at the White House as the federal government hurtles toward a shutdown.

One of the executive actions includes a "Most Favored Nation" agreement with the pharmacuetical company Pfizer that is expected to lower the costs of prescription drug prices to be in line with the lowest paid by other developed nations.
