DOJ investigating UVA over allegedly continuing DEI policies

According to a report from The Federalist, the Justice Department confirmed the investigation after America First Legal (AFL) sent a 98-page letter to Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon, a UVA alumna, on Friday, which alleged that UVA is trying to secretly continue its DEI policies in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
