At least five people were injured Thursday during a stabbing at a high school in Tacoma, Washington, according to authorities.

Tacoma police said four students have been transported to a local hospital and a security guard has also been hospitalized. A suspect was also taken to the hospital, though it was not clear what condition the suspect is in, according to Fox News.

Police said it is not clear whether all the victims were stabbed or hurt in some other way, such as falling, and the extent of their injuries is not yet known, per Fox-13 Seattle.

Details on the suspect were also not immediately clear, including whether the suspect is male or female or was a student at Foss High School where the stabbing took place. No motive has been identified.
