Adam G. Berryhill of Lebanon, Pa., was arrested for posting violent threats on his X account, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday.

Barryhill allegedly made a "hit list" of 20 elected Democrats. His posts on X included photos of a firearm, statements about a shooting, and a "Memorial Day Operation," NBC News reported

In one post that Barryhill is alleged to have written, he said, “Look how full my hands are. Who are these people? They don’t represent Pennsylvania. They are communist infiltrators. I’ll have write up an operation for each one and file Mandamus with the Commonwealth Court. I’ll approach every legal avenue and when they all fail I start shootings."

These kinds of threats were posted 10 times, according to the criminal complaint. Police obtained search warrants for two of Berryhill's accounts on May 1, and investigators were able to link the posts back to Berryhill through emails, phone records and his IP address.

The people targeted, according to NBC News, included Joanna McClinton, the Speaker of the Pennsylvania House, and State Sen. Sharif Street, who is also the Chair of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.

Berryhill faces charges of making terroristic threats.
