President Donald Trump spoke at a rally Wednesday evening in San Antonio, Texas, as he boosts Republican candidates ahead of the midterms next month.

Wednesday's rally was in large part to boost Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's bid for the Senate. It is often said that if the Democrats can win statewide elections in Texas, it would mean that Republicans would have a very hard time winning the presidency again.

The RealClearPolitics average of polls today shows Talarico ahead by 3 points.
