Suicide blast targets Afghan education center

At least 23 people have been killed in a suicide attack targeting an education centre in Afghanistan's capital Kabul. At least 36 others wounded, with the majority of targeted persons being female. Eyewitness footage shows students fleeing from the scene following the incident.
