Waukesha DA: non-stop banter from Mr. Brooks was emotionally draining

The Waukesha District Attorney, Susan Opper, said of today's guilty verdict for Darrell Brooks, "the verdict was fair," and that Mr. Brooks' behavior was exhausting for the jury and the court.
