Congressman Gomez seen kissing younger staffer during Swalwell party in 2023: report

Congressman Jimmy Gomez, D-Calif., was reportedly spotted in the summer of 2023 kissing a much younger aide, according to sources in a New York Post story published Saturday.

Gomez, 51, was seen kissing the aide near a party that former Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., was hosting to celebrate the beginning of the August congressional recess at the time.

The source cited in the report said the aide "was sitting on the hood of the car and they were going at it."

“They were down the street a little bit. But it wasn’t that discreet,” the source said.

A different source said that “someone pointed it out" and they both recognized Gomez, who is reportedly married.

A Gomez spokesperson denied that the incident happened.
