Man who allegedly wore scary Halloween mask in Philadelphia to harass people arrested in Las Vegas
The U.S. Marshals Service on Tuesday identified the person arrested in a social media post as 22-year-old Zymire Hughes.
A person suspected of having worn a "baby doll style Halloween mask" recently in Philadelphia for over 30 minutes to harass and terrorize people has been arrested in Las Vegas.
The U.S. Marshals Service identified the person arrested in a social media post Tuesday as 22-year-old Zymire Hughes. He is being held in Nevada's Clark County Detention Center as he awaits extradition back to Pennsylvania.
Hughes is accused of accosting multiple people in Philadelphia's Center City area while wearing the distinctive mask on the morning of Aug. 12, according to NBC News.
