Former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem files for divorce

Former South Dakota Governor and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem filed for divorce from her husband Bryon, citing irreconcilable differences. 

The couple has been married since 1992 and has three children: daughters Kassidy, 31, Kennedy, 29, and son Booker, 23, the New York Post reported. 

The divorce comes about six months after President Donald Trump fired Noem as head of the DHS. Days later, the Daily Mail reported that Byron Noem was a participant in a "bimbofication" scene, in which adult performers work to look like Barbie dolls, with exaggerated breasts. 

Noem, 54, has reportedly had a longtime romance with former Trump campaign adviser Corey Lewandowski, who is married and has four children. Noem and Lewendowski, who was an unpaid, outside adviser for Noem at DHS, have continued the relationship, according to the Post's sources.
