House Democrats to reportedly introduce articles of impeachment against Hegseth

Following closely on the heels of other impeachment attempts, House Democrats on Wednesday introduced five articles of impeachment against Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
The impeachment resolution, first reported by Axios, revolves around U.S. operations in Iran, the communication of sensitive information over insecure messaging apps, and allegations of misconduct against Hegseth.
The measure has little chance of passing a Republican-controlled House. Democrats have also sought to impeach former Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and former Attorney General Pam Bondi, both of whom President Donald Trump fired.
