Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte announces resignation

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has announced his resignation as the leader of the ruling People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) in the Netherlands, as well as his departure from politics, according to Dutch national broadcaster NOS.
