Man accused in Delphi Murders arrives in Indiana court on Tuesday

The man accused of killing two teenage girls in Delphi, Indiana made a court appearance Tuesday morning. Richard Allen's hearing was to determine if some of his affidavits, including probable cause, should remain sealed.
