NATO is not party to conflict in Ukraine, Stoltenberg says

NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, told CNN that despite Russia's claims, NATO is not party to the conflict in Ukraine. Stoltenberg also emphasized that attacks on critical infrastructure would provoke a response from NATO.
