NOAA: Methane and carbon dioxide emissions are increasing rapidly higher than pre-industrial levels

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration reports methane emissions are 2.5 times higher than pre-industrial levels. NOAA also reports carbon dioxide levels are 50% than pre-industrial levels.
