Rep. Biggs: DEA Chief Anne Milgram isn’t fit to run the border

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says he doesn’t have confidence in Drug Enforcement Administration head Anne Milgram’s control of the southern border, citing the surge of fentanyl entering the country from Mexico.
