Rep. Chip Roy encouraged by negotiation progress after flipping vote for McCarthy

Rep. Chip Roy, who had opposed Kevin McCarthy’s speakership, has flipped his vote for McCarthy. Roy says he is optimistic and negotiations are still ongoing.
