Russia not yet involved in negotiations to extend Black Sea grain deal

According to Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, Russian representatives have not moved on extending the Black Sea grain deal. She went on to say that the Russia-UN Memorandum is “known and remains unchanged”.
