Senior Chinese Diplomat calls the U.S. reaction to balloon “hysterical”

Senior Chinese Diplomat Wang Yi called U.S. response to balloons “hysterical” at the Munich Security Council. He went on to call the United State's reaction an “abuse of the use of force”.
