Reality star Kendra Duggar has been arrested by Arkansas police on child abuse charges, days after her husband was arrested on separate charges, and is scheduled to appear in court Monday.

Duggar faces four counts each of endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree false imprisonment, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas, The Guardian reported. She has a hearing set for Monday.

Duggar's husband, reality TV personality Joseph Duggar, was arrested days earlier on charges in Florida for lewd and lascivious behavior against a child under 12. He is accused of molesting a nine-year-old girl during a family trip to Panama City Beach.

Tontitown police confirmed that the charges in Arkansas are unrelated to the husband's case in Florida, KNWA reported Friday. Joseph Duggar is also facing charges in Washington County, Ark. Local authorities added that this separate investigation was launched following the alleged incident in Florida.

The couple has four children together, ages three to seven.

Joseph Duggar's family was the focus of the 19 Kids and Counting series, with his parents and siblings. Kendra and Joseph Duggar's courtship was depicted in a spin-off that TLC released called Counting On after canceling 19 Kids and Counting. The cancellation came after the Duggars’ eldest son, Joshua, faced allegations of molesting four of his sisters as a teenager. He is imprisoned for possessing child sex abuse images.
