Several female Pennsylvania college students were brutally assaulted by a mob who invaded their off-campus house in what is believed to be an illegal street takeover.

The York College of Pennsylvania students, who weren't identified, were attacked while sitting on the porch of their rental home Saturday morning, Fox 43 reported. Several of the women were dragged by the hair, punched, kicked, maced and beaten unconscious in the attack.

“After the first punch was given, all these girls started to rush us, and that’s where it kind of gets blurry because I think people were coming at me… I turn and see my friend get dragged by her hair down our porch steps and disappear. My other friend got dragged by her hair,” one of the students told the outlet.

She said that 911 was called five times before the police arrived, and large crowds often gather near the property.
