A few weeks ago, Hogan's wife, Sky, had denied rumors that he was in a coma, saying that his heart was "strong" as he recovered from surgeries. Hogan underwent a neck procedure in May.

In May, Hogan said he was launching an amateur wrestling league, Real American Freestyle, which will have its first event on Aug. 30 on Fox Nation.
