The wife and five children of the Egyptian migrant charged this past weekend during a pro-Israel event in Boulder, Colorado, were arrested Tuesday by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

The family members were arrested after 45-year-old Mohamed Soliman was charged Monday with 16 counts of attempted murder in the first degree in connection with the attack in the city of Boulder, Colorado on Sunday.

Soliman told investigators he “wanted to kill all Zionist people”

He entered the U.S. in August 2022 on a B2 visa, which is typically a tourism visa, that expired in February 2023.

He filed for asylum in September 2022 and was granted a work permit after his B2 visa expired. The work permit expired on March 28, and Soliman has been in the country illegally since then, according to federal officials.

The family's arrest also follows a warning by Secretary of State Marco Rubio about the families of terrorists.

"In light of yesterday’s horrific attack, all terrorists, their family members, and terrorist sympathizers here on a visa should know that under the Trump Administration we will find you, revoke your visa, and deport you," Rubio posted on X.

The FBI called the Sunday attack that injured or burned 12 people an "act of terror."

Soliman allegedly threw two Molotov cocktails during a pro-Israel "Run for Their Lives" demonstration in Boulder, Colorado on Sunday.

He was protesting for the release of Israeli hostages in Gaza disguised as a gardener, according to FOX.

President Trump condemned the anti-Semitic violence on X Monday blaming the attack on President Biden’s open border policy.

“Yesterday’s horrific attack in Boulder, Colorado, will not be tolerated in the United States of America. He came in through Biden’s ridiculous Open Border Policy, which has hurt our country so badly. He must go out under the “Trump” Policy,” Trump said. “Acts of Terrorism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law.”
