Border Patrol Council President: U.S. border policies making billions of dollars for cartels

The president of the National Border Patrol Council, Brandon Judd, says the U.S.'s current border policies are making billions of dollars a year for cartels off the suffering of women and children, and the crisis will be a referendum on Democrats come 2022 and 2024.
