Harley Lippman: Arab states recognizing Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel

Harley Lippman, who helped broker the peace accords between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, says the Arab states that are now in peace agreements with Israel are not "viewing the attacks from Hamas on Israel favorably."
