Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America and its super PAC on Wednesday announced plans to collectively spend $80 million in the 2026 midterm elections on pro-life candidates in at least four battleground states.

“Republicans simply cannot win without their pro-life base, especially in midterm elections when overall turnout drops,” SBA Pro-Life America President Marjorie Dannenfelser told POLITICO. “Our mission is to fire up pro-life Americans who do not consistently vote in midterms and convince persuadable voters to reject the Democrats’ extreme all-trimester abortion agenda.”

The goal of the joint campaign is to contact 10.5 million voters nationwide through canvassing, digital advertising, voter contact mail, and an early vote campaign. Canvassing includes knocking on 4.5 million doors in four Senate battleground states with competitive House races —Georgia, Iowa, Michigan and North Carolina.

The groups plan to dispatch student volunteers across a dozen competitive House battleground districts, and field organizers will target pro-life voters who have not voted in past midterm elections.

The midterm election investment is more than the $78 million the groups spent in 2022 and less than the $92 million they pledged to spend ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

According to a 2024 CNN exit poll, President Trump won 92% of voters who said that abortion should be illegal in most cases.
