Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Tuesday arrived at the White House to meet with President Donald Trump, but entered through a side door rather than the West Wing portico, marking a moment of minimal fanfare.

It is not uncommon for the president to greet foreign dignitaries at the West Wing portico, sometimes even with a band present. But Zelensky's arrival, wearing a suit, comes amid a busy day for Trump, who is also set to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Zelensky's attire is of note primarily due to his penchant for wearing a drab, olive green, sweatshirt and myriad military garb amid the war. He previously attracted press attention for not wearing a suit while in the White House. 

In a subsequent visit, however, Real America's Voice reporter Brian Glenn, who had previously inquired about his lack of a suit, complimented him on his formal wear in a humorous exchange.
