Thousands of May Day protests planned as hundreds of groups mobilize against Trump
The groups are organizing thousands of protests with a combined, estimated $2 billion in funding from a network that includes hard-line communists and groups affiliated with the Democratic party.
Approximately 600 groups across the U.S. Friday are planning to protest Friday against President Trump, following similar "No Kings" protests over the past several months.
The groups are organizing thousands of protests with a combined, estimated $2 billion in funding from a network that includes hard-line communists and groups affiliated with the Democratic Party, Fox News reported.
Chapters of the Democratic Socialists of America, the People's Forum, the Party of Socialism and Liberation, ANSWER Coalition and Code Pink are participating. The network is partially funded, according to Fox, by American-born tech executive, Neville Roy Singham.
