Trump shrugs off teleprompter not working for his UN speech, says will speak 'more from the heart'

President Trump said Tuesday at the United Nations General Assembly that the "teleprompter is not working," adding the operator "is in big trouble."
"I don't mind making this speech without a teleprompter, because the teleprompter is not working," Trump said, to laughs, CBS News reported. "I feel very happy to be up here with you nevertheless, and that way you speak more from the heart. I can only say that whoever is operating this teleprompter is in big trouble."
Trump spoke at the UN General Assembly as 10 nations recognized Palestinian statehood, which the U.S. and Israel have criticized.
