President Donald Trump delivers an economic and energy address during a rally in Iowa on Tuesday afternoon as Republicans gear up for the 2026 midterm elections later this year.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Trump will be visiting local businesses in Clive, Iowa and meeting with lawmakers on top of the address at Horizon Events Center.
