A mass shooting during a homecoming event at Pennsylvania’s Lincoln University left one person dead and six others wounded on Saturday night.
The shooting broke out around 9:30 p.m. during a “tailgate celebration” that was taking place near the football stadium at the Chester County campus.
District Attorney Christopher de Barrena-Sarobe described the incident as a "chaotic scene" where "people fled in every direction."
He said it was a "devastating night."
