Greene blasts Argentina bailout in latest break with WH

Argentinian President Javier Milei is an ally of the Trump White House and the administration has extended an economic lifeline to Buenos Aires in a bid to stabilize its tumultuous economy.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., continued her rogue streak of breaking with the White House with sharp criticism of President Donald Trump's $20 billion bailout for Argentina.

“I have no idea who is telling our great president, our ‘America First’ president, that this is a good idea,” she told Tucker Carlson on Thursday. “Because, honestly, it’s a punch in the gut to all of our American cattle ranchers, and they are furious and rightfully so.”

Argentinian President Javier Milei is an ally of the Trump White House and the administration has extended an economic lifeline to Buenos Aires in a bid to stabilize its tumultuous economy.

Trump has also suggested purchasing beef from Argentina to stabilize their markets and increase supply in America to lower costs for consumers. The suggestion has prompted outrage from domestic cattle ranchers.
