Heritage Foundation staffer resigns in wake of Kevin Roberts video fallout
Roberts's statement decried a "venomous coalition" attacking Carlson and opposed Fuentes, urging his detractors to win over his supporters with better ideas.
Heritage Foundation President Kevin Roberts's chief of staff, Ryan Neuhaus, resigned his post after his boss issued a statement refusing to distance himself from Tucker Carlson that generated pushback from pro-Israel critics.
Neuhaus reposted defenses of his boss after Roberts's video attracted criticism. He made no public statements of his own.
“Ryan was not fired. He offered his resignation, which was accepted,” a spokesperson for the conservative think tank confirmed to The Hill. “Ryan is a good man, we appreciate his service, and we have no doubt he will serve the movement in another capacity.”
