Indiana GOP Gov. Mike Braun on Monday called a special session of the state legislature to redraw the state's congressional district maps as part of a larger Republican effort to tilt the scales in their favor for the midterms.
The General Assembly will convene on Nov. 3 to address the issue, the Associated Press reported.
Texas, North Carolina, Missouri, and other GOP states have either redrawn their maps or explored the possibility of drafting maps more favorable to the GOP.
